Chef Vittorio was born and raised in Praiano. After completing his studies, he immediately began working in fine dining. His passion for cooking and good food soon led him to become a chef. He works in various restaurants in the area and abroad, refining his techniques. After years of experience, he embarks on the path of private chef to have more direct contact with his guests.
Praiano is a small town on the Amalfi Coast, between Positano and Furore, with its Marina di Praia and Gavitella, it is one of the most beautiful villages to visit in the area. A genuine village with ancient traditions, where authentic passions are born just like that of the traditional cuisine that Chef Vittorio tries to convey.
